Grassy Creek
Knoxville, TN

A 25-acre tract currently under development in West Knoxville, Grassy Creek will be anchored by a 50,000+ square foot Food City supermarket. The development is located at the intersection of Oak Ridge Highway (TN 62) and Schaad Road, which will be a major arterial linking West Knoxville and I-40 with North Knoxville and I-75. This development is expected to bring a new synergy and excitement to the area, and is already generating much interest among other retailers and restaurants.

Big Orange Storage
Knoxville, TN

Located in North Knoxville at Dry Gap Pike and Beaver Creek Rd, Big Orange Storage is a 100,000 sq ft climate-controlled self-storage facility. The facility is highly secure with 24 hour access and features the aesthetic of an upscale retail or office building. President Steve Maddox said, “With several new housing developments approved in the immediate vicinity of the property, this facility will be a much needed amenity for new and current surrounding residents.” Update: The facility was sold in 2022.

Volkswagen Drive Development

Located in Seminole, Florida, the Twin Oaks Shopping Center project is a complete redevelopment of an existing 53,456 shopping center. The projected included a complete re-tenanting, new facade, roof, HVAC, parking lot restoration, and other deferred maintenance. Located at the intersection of Park Blvd and Seminole Blvd, this is a main and main location. Maddox Companies completed the $12.55 million dollar sale of the shopping center in 2019.
