Grassy Creek is a new shopping center development located at the intersection of Oakridge Hwy and Schaad Rd.

The shopping center will be anchored by a 20,000 SF Food City grocery store. Food City, KVAT Food Stores, is the 33rd largest grocer in the US with 127 stores and 16,000+ employees across Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia and Kentucky, and sales exceeding $2B.
